At CoLa Training Services, we provide comprehensive training courses to help you stay safe in any situation. Whether it’s Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW) or something more specific like Defibrillator or Forestry application, we’re here to help you make sure you know what to do when it really counts.
Emergency First Aid at Work
(EFAW)
Emergency First Aid at Work is the basic starting point for First Aid in the workplace. With the course lasting 1 day we give you the basic skills you need to make a real difference when it's needed.

Topics on the course range from practical elements like CPR, to theoretical elements like treating shock so you know how to help when someone you know is taken ill.

First Aid at Work
(FAW)
This three day course builds on the basics covered in EFAW, giving you more practical skills, and theoretical knowledge to help you deal with a much wider set of situations and illnesses in the workplace.

Still with the same emphasis on a balance of practical and theoretical training, this course aims to give you a lot more knowledge and confidence to treat more complex situations with the care they deserve.

The +F add-on for First Aid is aimed primarily at the forestry industry. It gives more depth and understanding to the potential emergency scenarios you may come across in these sorts of environments.

With the training done alongside either EFAW or FAW as described above it enhances your ability to deal with certain circumstances.

Defibrillator add-on
Used mostly in factory and warehouse environments, these little machines are usually used for transportation from A to B.
Available in a range of configurations to suit most environments, these can transport, stack, straddle and reach all with a small manoeuvrable base which lends itself to confined areas other machines simply can't access.
