Emergency First Aid at Work

Emergency First Aid at Work is the basic starting point for First Aid in the workplace. With the course lasting 1 day we give you the basic skills you need to make a real difference when it's needed.

Topics on the course range from practical elements like CPR, to theoretical elements like treating shock so you know how to help when someone you know is taken ill.

  • Primary Survey

  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  • Recovery position

  • Treatment for choking

  • Treatment of minor injuries (cuts, burns, splinters, etc)

First Aid at Work
