Found in the most demanding warehouse situations, these machines are capable of manoeuvring in areas an industrial counterbalance just can't. With a turning circle barely greater than it's own length, these machines are designed to maximise storage space in the most demanding warehouses.
Currently in three categories:
D1 - up to 8M lift height
D2 - over 8M lift height
D3 - Stand on machine
Courses Available
INDUSTRIAL REACH - NOVICE
Between 3-5 Days Depending on candidate numbers
1-1 Training 3 Days.
Designed for individuals with little or no previous experience operating an industrial reach forklift. This comprehensive course combines classroom-based theory with practical training, giving trainees the skills and knowledge required to operate a reach truck safely and competently.
1-1 Training is also available. An intensive course for individuals with little or no previous reach truck experience. With dedicated 1-to-1 instruction, trainees receive focused practical training and guidance throughout the course, covering safe operation, manoeuvring, load handling and stacking.
INDUSTRIAL REACH - EXPERIENCED ( Limited Experience)
3 Day
Suitable for operators who have some previous experience using an industrial reach truck but require formal training and assessment. The course develops existing skills while ensuring the operator understands safe working practices, correct load handling and the hazards associated with reach truck operations.
INDUSTRIAL REACH - REFRESHER
1 Day
A one-day refresher course for experienced operators whose existing reach truck certificate is still in date. Training reinforces safe operating practices, pre-use checks, manoeuvring and load handling, helping operators maintain safe and competent working practices.
INDUSTRIAL REACH - Conversion from Industrial Counterbalance
2 Day
Designed for operators who already hold experience and/or certification on an industrial counterbalance forklift and need to develop the additional skills required to operate an industrial reach truck. The course focuses on the differences between the two types of truck, including controls, manoeuvring, working in aisles and high-level stacking.
